After a corporate career as a manager, facilitator, and leader who interacted with countless teams over the years, I know firsthand why quiet, inward-facing leaders need effective tools for success in an outward-facing world.
When I learned about leadership coaching, I got excited about the results it can bring.
I wanted to take these concepts to another level and become the coach I needed myself – one who is focused on helping quiet leaders develop their skills and overcome what holds them back from reaching their full potential.
What Makes Me Different?
I listen deeply, summarize thoughts, and identify patterns to help humans broaden their perspective and move forward.
As a coach, I believe people already have the best answers to their problems within themselves. Those answers just need to be coaxed out. I take joy in seeing quiet leaders become the best version of themselves as they strive for their career goals.
I want to see more of these quiet leaders take starring, rather than supporting, roles in their organizations.
